While there were the usual "bumps" in the road along our process, Andrew was a Champ! He's professional, he's consistent and he's very knowledgeable. He takes pride in what he does; it's truly his profession and he seems to love it. Andrew's skills in negotiating a deal are admirable and he certainly is resourceful in solving the little "bumps" that come up in every transaction. When it was time to sell our home, we took his wise advice and just about cleared out half of our belongings to a storage unit before he listed our house for sale. Our house was smaller and needed the more open look. And it paid off. Our house was shown about 4-5 times and before we knew it, it was sold. Then once under contract to sell, we had to find a suitable house to purchase. Andrew hit the ground running and we looked at a number of houses. Then, Andrew found the perfect house for our needs in an area that would be great for us. Then, after negotiations were done, I was sort of in a panic. We'd concentrated so heavily on finding a house that we hadn't applied for a mortgage yet and were fearful that we'd both lose the house we wanted and not have a place to go when our old house closed! Again, ANDREW to the rescue! He worded and timed the purchase contact to coincide with the sale of the old place just perfectly so we didn't need to store our household goods or move twice. It was truly Andrew's expertise that made this happen so well. Andrew really has the wisdom and expertise to work things out and make them happen for you. Andrew was there all along the way with advice, suggestions, compromises and "worker bees" at his fingertips for just about anything we needed. While we didn't know Andrew prior to meeting him to see that first house, I feel that we know him very well now and we would recommend him to anyone!

Finding Andrew was a stroke of luck. I drove by a house that I liked in the Memorial-Heights area, and I called him, but that house was not available any more, which put us in a bit of a panic as we were moving here from out of state and only had a few days to find a house. I came to Andrew with a realtor's dream proposition: I needed to relocate my parents, quickly; and with cash in hand to make the purchase. Our priority: to obtain a good deal on a home within 30 minutes of The Woodlands and Lake Conroe. Having only purchased one home with my husband, nearly 20 years ago, I enlisted the help of a savvy girlfriend to join us to watchdog my best interests. My wife Jennifer and I had the pleasure of working with Andrew in 2008. We did not imagine when we called him off a For Sale sign that we would then be meeting a Realtor who would be so dedicated and determined to helping us find a home that would be suitable for our family's needs, especially financially.
